01 About
Handcrafted in Stockholm. Encore Nuit blends traditional techniques with modern design, using naturally tanned reindeer nappa leather and suede sourced from Sami communities in Lapland.
Each piece is unique, rooted in slow fashion and made to last.
The leather is locally produced in Sattajärvi, in the far north of the Swedish Lapland, at the Kero company.

Each bag is one of a kind, as they are designed to be made both out of leftover pieces - off cuts -of this beautiful leather and the full skins.
I wanted to honor both, to create something new and also take care of what already exists.
Because of this, some of the pieces carry small natural marks, making each bag completely unique.
Small marks telling the story of animals who wandered freely under the midnight sun andthe northern lights.
After more than 30 years in the fashion industry, both in Paris and in Sweden, I am today pouring my heart into my own brand - a place where everything I love comes together.
And in a way, I am closing the circle.
My very first pieces for Encore Nuit are crafted from this soft reindeer leather, sourced from Sami communities in Lapland - the same exquisite material I used in my couture graduate collection in Paris in 1998. Years when the fashion world was flourishing, Paco Rabanne was my mentor and Paris became my home for 12 years.
From my northern roots to haute couture and back again, this journey has always been woven with meaning.

04 Bio
For three decades, I have experienced the world of fashion in my own way - a journey shaped by many different chapters, each one guiding me to where I am today. From northern Sweden to Paris as an 18-year old, at a time when the fashion world was flourishing. I studied at the renowned ESMOD fashion school, immersing myself in the art of design, working as an apprentice at some of the most prestigious couture houses. Paris became my home for many years, a place where I honed my craft and deepened my understanding of tailoring, couture and lingerie. After 12 years in Paris, I was headhunted back to Sweden, where I took on leading roles as a designer and creative director for some of the country's most prominent fashion brands. Now, I am pouring my heart into my own brand - a place where everything I love comes together. I have nurtured my vision into a brand that reflects everything I hold dear: Encore Nuit. Through my brand, I want to highlight a sense of effortless chic - a natural beauty, timeless and understated, yet undeniably cool. A collection of pieces. Slowing down. A few pieces at a time.
